  • Do coffee beans need resting?
    Yes, freshly roasted coffee beans need resting to release carbon dioxide and stabilize their flavor. Light Roast: 5-14 days (some specialty beans taste best after 2-3 weeks) Medium Roast: 4-7 days Dark Roast: 3-5 days Espresso: 7-14 days Pour Over: 3-7 days

  • What is the best time to consume the coffee after purchase?
    Before opening: Best consumed within 3 months (if stored properly) After opening: Best consumed within 2-4 weeks for optimal freshness
  • What brewing methods are suitable?
    Our coffee beans are great for Pour-Over, Espresso, French press, Moka pot, and more. Let us know your preference, and we can recommend the best option for you!
  • When will my order arrive?
    Malaysia Delivery: 3 – 5 working days International Delivery: 7 – 10 working days All order will be processed in 1 – 3 workings days.
  • When will matcha powder expire?
    Recommended consuming within 2 months in its freshest condition. However, it can last up to 12 months if kept in the following conditions: - Always seal tight and keep away from light, heat, air and moisture to avoid oxidation. - Store in the refrigerator before and after opening.
  • How is matcha caffeine different than coffee?
    Compared to coffee, the caffeine in Matcha tea powder is said to be absorbed more slowly, which reduces the risk of caffeine spike, jitters or crash. Matcha contains L-Theanine, which is believed to act as a natural relaxant and when combined with caffeine, may produce a "calming focus".
  • How should I store coffee beans?
