What is Decaf Coffee ?

Itis just like regular coffee, except most of the caffeine has been removed.

“Decaf” is short for decaffeinated coffee. It’s coffee from coffee beans that have had more than 97% of their caffeine removed

About Our Sugarcane Decaf :

Sugarcane Decaf, or otherwise known as EA (Ethyl Acetate) Decaffeination, is a natural process that maintains the integrity of the green coffee's flavours while extracting out the caffeine in the coffee.

EA is a natural compound formed from sugarcane mixed with water (hence the name Sugarcane Decaf). The green beans are placed and submerged in EA solution for a specific amount of time which allows the chlorogenic acid in the beans to bond with the EA and separates the caffeine from the rest of the coffee bean.

A better choice if you’re sensitive to caffeine. It has had most of the caffeine removed but still has many of the same flavors and characteristics as regular coffee.
